Julia Thouin, MSW LICSW

I’m the founder of BE. Behavioral Health Care, which I opened initially as a solo private practice in March of 2023 after several years working as an outpatient clinician in a community mental health setting. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Westfield State University in 2015 and a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2017. Along the way, I’ve worked with children and families, as well as individuals recovering from traumatic and acquired brain injuries in a neuro-rehabilitation setting.
Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong goal of mine, dating back to a high school psychology class, personal challenges (we all have them) and a curiosity about people and their stories. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, life transitions, work stress, family-of-origin and attachment concerns, relationship challenges, and those moments when life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.
I aim to create a supportive, thoughtful space where you can explore who you are, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and move toward change at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory and a strengths-based lens, and attentive to each individual’s needs.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength and personal power, even in the face of past or present challenges. If any part of this resonates with you, I would be honored to hear your story and support you as you work toward who you want to be.

Khyesha McCall, MSW LCSW

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating a major life transition, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling stuck. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts with a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. Originally from Arkansas, I have experience working in community, family, and healthcare settings, which has given me the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of life experiences.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward goals that align with your values and the life you want to create.
One of the guiding principles of my practice is helping clients learn how to “keep their cup full.” I believe self-care is more than taking an occasional break—it’s about understanding what restores your energy, recognizing when you’re becoming emotionally depleted, and building sustainable habits that support your overall well-being. Therapy is a place to strengthen those skills while creating lasting change.
Whether you’re seeking support for stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or personal growth, I’m here to meet you where you are. Reaching out for help is a meaningful first step, and I look forward to supporting you as you move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
